The property and services was amazing, we love all of staff but the bed was so hard!

It was close to big shopping mall and close to downtown Trang.

Breakfast is good taste. But less choices.Good services from Staffs at restaurant.

Better change Bed Sheet, Blanket and Towel set.Its look thin, old, cheap.

This is a hotel I highly recommend if you're visiting Trang. The hotel is beautiful, comparable to luxury hotels around the world. The breakfast room is spacious and the breakfast is delicious. I recommend the rice salad and khanom jeen. The internet is not very good, very slow.

Pool area is nice and the restaurant pier 88 got good food and good prices.

The hotel offers a great breakfast with plenty of options, served in a spacious room. The rooms are big and comfortable. Staff are friendly and very helpful. There’s also a big supermarket just a 10-minute walk away, which was really convenient

The only downside was the unpleasant odour on the floor we stayed on—perhaps the carpet could use a deep cleaning.

1. Bath area is very slippery.. very dangerous2. Towels are very poor quality, torn and yellowing. Even 1 star hotels use better quality towels.

Hot water shower is bad. Not enough hot water pressure. Need to reduce the cold water pressure to low then only have warm water to shower.Too far from town centre

Very Hard Bed. This is a beautiful hotel, they should upgrade their beds.

A towering hotel on an expansive piece of land beside one of the main roads leads into central Trang. The lobby area is very impressive. Our room was very spacious, and all facilities worked as designed. We greatly appreciated the well-equipped and maintained gym and 40-meter resort pool. The front desk, carpark, and portering staff were all friendly and courteous. We did not eat in-house as we were unsure of what was available. Additionally, Trang has such a food reputation, so we explored this.

Our room was dated decor-wise, and the bathroom was tiny in contrast to the rest of the room. The bed was exceptionally firm - even by Thai standards. We can attest from our own home bed experience that a quality memory foam mattress topper would quickly fix the bed comfort -and even add a sense of luxury. The pillows (only 2 in the room) were also hard and need to be replaced. Or at least provide a pillow choice for guests. Our room had an expansive balcony yet, no furniture whatsoever, so no enticement to take advantage of this extra space (and the enjoyable district views). Poolside sun lounges are damaged, so they are uncomfortable to sit on. The raised timber decking at one end of the pool is all warped and unsuitable/unsafe.

Nice and big hotel. The entrance is very impressive. Very helpful and friendly staff. Room was nice, but not very big. Nice balcony with view over Trang. Great restaurant as well.

No furniture on the balcony. Would be great to have 2 chairs on it. Balcony was big enough. People in the room next to ours were constantly smoking joints on their balcony. This gave us very bad smell in our room. We reported it to the staff, they did offer us a different room, but since we were leaving soon we didn't feel like changing. Would have preferred if the staff would have talked the the people in the other room causing the trouble.

The breakfast was good. Staff friendly

Booked a room with a bathtub (cost extra), but there was no hot water. Luke warm at best. The room has 4 balconies, but none had any furniture to sit on it. There was no comfortable seating in the room. The mini bar consists of 3 can beer. No soft drinks, etcThe pool and spa closes at 7 pm. Way to early to actually enjoy it..There is much better value for money around here.

a pit stop for us when driving back to Malaysia..Trang city is a bit calmy..just not many places can visit (for now Dec 2024)..for me its good..

kids pool dont have water splash...haha, if dont mind to proposed some slides or water splash the kids area..

The pier88 restaurant as described did not exist anymore. The booking description is at least 4 years out-dated.

the hotel is in a very nice location, close to greenery. the rooms are large and very nicely decorated. they clean every day. the hotel has an excellent spa offering good massages, a fitness center and an outdoor pool where you can relax and swim. the staff is very friendly.

-staff were rude. Disrespectful - room smelly - mosquitos in room- nothing good apart from the look from outside- better to change from hotel to only “convention center “
